We are looking for experienced people who work independently and like technology and solving problems. Hybrid, office in Nuremberg-Gostenhof, start immediately.
The role
You keep building this ERP AI and help decide where we spend engineering time.

TypeScript and Next.js
You write production TypeScript and Next.js for the ERP AI. Reviews, tests and deployments are part of the job.

Other stacks when the problem needs them
Python or Swift are fine. You pick them up quickly with AI in the loop.

From design to go-live
You own design, implementation, deployment and operations. There is no hand-off into another department.

Offshore coordination
You keep quality when we need to deliver more in parallel.
Working model
Two home-office days, three remote months, office in Gostenhof

Two to three months a year you work outside Nuremberg, from home or on the road.

Two days remote, three days in the Nuremberg office. Alignment is easier when you actually meet.

AI that writes into ERP workflows
TRWK is a small software team in Nuremberg. We build EpilaYer, an AI that writes automation into mid-market ERP systems, in DACH and internationally.
Cursor, LLMs and agents are part of daily work and sit in the architecture.
